Applicable law and jurisdiction

Applicable law. The use of the website and related online services (including social media profiles) is governed by Swiss substantive law, in particular the Civil Code (CC; RS 210) and the Code of Obligations (CO; RS 220). The rules of private international law are excluded.

Jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or simply connected with the use of the site and/or other online resources, any rules of imperative law reserved, will be resolved by the competent Court for the District of Mendrisio. Astes4 will however have the right to appeal to the competent judge at the user’s head office, branch or domicile.
